What is acid reflux?

Symptoms of Acid Reflux Disease

  • Burping
  • Bloating
  • Bloody vomiting, bloody or black stools
  • Regurgitation: a bitter tasting acid backing up into your mouth or throat
  • Heartburn: a discomfort or burning pain that can move from your abdomen to your chest, or even up into your mouth.
  • Nausea
  • Chronic sore throat, dry cough, hoarseness, or wheezing

Soothe your abdomen with aloe vera juice
